Return Policy
At DARE TO PILLOW, we believe in the comfort and quality of our pillows, but we understand it may take time to adjust. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 60-night Satisfaction Guarantee on all pillow orders within the U.S. We recommend trying your pillow for at least 3 weeks to allow your body to fully adjust. Unfortunately, all international orders and bedding sales (such as pillowcases) are final and non-returnable.

Exchanges
If your pillow doesn’t feel quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Whether you need a different size or firmness, you can initiate an exchange through our Return & Exchange Portal. Exchanges are only available within the 48 contiguous United States.
Returns
If you decide that our pillow isn’t the right fit for you, we offer returns through our Return & Exchange Portal. To initiate a return, you will need your order number and the email/zip code used at the time of purchase. Returns are only available within the contiguous U.S., and there is a $15 return shipping fee, unless you purchased our Shipping Protection Plan at checkout. Shipping costs paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
Shipping Protection Plan
If you purchased our Shipping Protection Plan for $4.98, return shipping fees will be waived. Please note that the protection plan itself is non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund minus any shipping costs. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
What If There Was a Problem with My Order?
If you experience any issues with your delivery (damaged item, missing item, or incorrect product), please submit a claim through our Return & Exchange Portal. Claims must be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your item. For packages marked as "delivered" but not received, please wait 3 business days before filing a claim, as packages may still arrive during this time.
- Lost in Transit: If there’s no tracking update for more than 7 business days, we will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Missing Items: If part of your order is missing, wait 3 business days before submitting a claim, as items may ship separately with different tracking numbers.
We will review all claims within 1 business day and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
