Shipping Policy

DARE TO PILLOW accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at daretopillow.com. Orders are processed in the order they are received, and expedited orders such as Priority and Express are given priority to meet delivery deadlines. We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx to all U.S. states, following their standard shipping methods.

Unless otherwise noted, orders placed on daretopillow.com are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Expedited orders (Priority and Express) placed before 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note that the day the order ships is not counted as a transit day. Orders placed from Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may be subject to review, and customers may be contacted to verify the order. This could result in delayed shipping times.

DARE TO PILLOW cannot guarantee same-day expedited shipping if an order is placed on hold for review. Sales tax is based on the shipping address, not the billing address.

In the event of a return, shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Delivery Issues / Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If you experience issues such as non-delivery, damage, or incorrect products, please file a claim within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, wait 3 business days before submitting a claim, as packages often show up during this timeframe.
  • Packages are considered lost if no tracking updates occur for more than 7 business days.
  • If your package is determined to be lost after carrier investigation, we will reship your order free of charge if stock is available.
  • Claims for lost packages must be filed within 2 weeks of the order date.
  • If you are missing an item and the tracking shows delivered, your order may have shipped in multiple packages. Please wait 3 business days before filing a claim.
  • If you're missing a pillowcase, it may be packaged inside the pillow's box. Be sure to check the full contents before filing a claim.
  • Once your claim is submitted, we will review it and respond within 1 business day.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

DARE TO PILLOW offers Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100, excluding taxes and discounts, within the contiguous U.S. states.

This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), where a flat $35 shipping fee applies. At this time, we do not offer express or next-day delivery to these regions. Additionally, exchanges are not available for orders shipped to these areas.
