DARE TO PILLOW™ Warranty Policy

DARE TO PILLOW guarantees the original purchaser that their pillow will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, if deemed defective due to faulty workmanship or structural issues during the 24-month warranty period. An original purchaser is defined as one who purchases the product directly from DARE TO PILLOW or an authorized retailer.

This Limited Warranty Covers:

  • Material Deterioration: If the pillow fails to return to its original shape due to deterioration.
  • Physical Flaws: Splits, cracks, or damage caused by normal use.

Length of Warranty:

  • Pillows:
    • 24-month protection from the original purchase date.
    • 100% replacement value for the first 12 months.
    • From months 12-24, the replacement value is prorated at 50% of the original purchase price.
  • Pillow Covers: 12-month warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Pillowcases: 6-month warranty from the date of original purchase.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
  • Changes in firmness, softness, or cooling properties not caused by material deterioration.

Warranty is Void If:

  1. The pillow is not used for normal, in-home consumer use.
  2. The product is resold, donated, or used outside the USA.
  3. The pillow is stored for long or short periods without use.
  4. The pillow is deemed damaged, abused, or neglected, including tears, stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, insect damage, or exposure to weather.

DARE TO PILLOW is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. The exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is repair, replacement, or credit toward a new pillow. There are no implied warranties beyond what is described here.

Important Information:

  • Proof of purchase (sales receipt) is required for any warranty claim.
  • Only one replacement is permitted per item.
  • Shipping and handling costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the purchaser after 60 days.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by state. Ambient room temperature may affect the performance and feel of the materials, with optimal room conditions being between 65° – 75° Fahrenheit.
